Budden had been seeming to speak mockingly about Lil B’s “Based” movement and his tweets, to which Lil B responded, initially friendly but then with insults. Lil B went on to release a diss track called “T Shirts & Buddens”, which was then featured on his “Everything Based” mixtape. Lil B later apologized for his insults and noted his respect for Budden, calling him a “legend”.
