Stacy Andrews is one of the most popular and richest American Football Player who was born on June 2, 1981 in Camden, United States. Stacy Dewayne Andrews (born June 2nd 1981) is an former American defensive football player. Andrews was selected with the Cincinnati Bengals in the fourth round of the 2004 NFL Draft. He played in the NCAA football tournament in the state of Ole Miss.
Andrews signed a six-year deal for six years with The Philadelphia Eagles on February 27 in 2009. The deal brought him into the fold of Andrews’ brother Shawn Andrews, who was an offensive lineman for the Eagles at the time. The Andrews brothers were not able to play with each other, however, as Shawn Andrews was injured throughout the entire season and was released on March 17th, 2010.
In March 2010, Andrews agreed to restructure his contract, reducing his base salary.
On August 3, 2011, Andrews signed with the New York Giants. In week 13 of the 2011 NFL season, he did not play against the Green Bay Packers after he was hospitalized for pulmonary embolisms in both lungs. He became a free agent after the season.
For week two of the season Stacy Andrews was benched in favor of Max Jean-Gilles owing to knee injuries he suffered from last season as well as his need to work along with his offensive head coach Juan Castillo on his pass-blocking.
