Martha Hackett is one of the most popular and richest Actor who was born on February 21, 1961 in Boston, Massachusetts, United States. When she first was given the role of Seska the character, she wasn’t told she was not a Cardassian spy. Later, she explained the situation as “when I first started I was Seska the Bajoran Maquis member and they sort of worked everything else up in soap opera fashion.” Hackett had a baby, which was incorporated into the character of Seska. Hackett said that Seska as an individual character with multiple layers. He said the following “Seska’s darker sides came from a certain emotional instability, at least that’s how I played her.” Seska was eliminated in the second episode of “Basics”, which came as a shock Hackett since she had been received a draft of the script in which Seska lived however her child died. The only thing she was told was that Seska was going to be dead less than a day before the filming. After the character’s death, Hackett as Seska returned to Voyager two more times during the seasons “Worst Case Scenario” and “Shattered”. She was in the course of 13 episodes of Voyager.

She was selected to appear as a character in Star Trek: Voyager in the role of Seska who is who is a Bajoran part in the Maquis crew that was a part of Voyager when it became stranded within the Delta Quadrant. The first time she appeared was on the show in “Parallax” where she wore the blue uniform of an officer of Starfleet scientist. This was later found as a costume error and she was later seen wearing her uniform from the department of operations. The original uniform was sold at $1,276 ($1,520 in the present) at auction called the “It’s a Wrap!” auction on eBay in 2008.
